Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our business. Because many of our products are made-to-order and customized, we maintain a strict but fair return policy outlined below.

1. Custom & Printed Items (No Returns)

All custom-made, personalized, or printed items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes any product that has been customized with names, handwriting, designs, or specific customer requests.

Please double-check all details (spelling, design choices, sizing, etc.) before placing your order.

2. Seller Error / Defective Items

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with an error caused by us, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Examples of seller error include:

  • Incorrect item sent
  • Design does not match the approved proof
  • Printing defects or quality issues
  • Damaged item upon arrival (must be reported promptly)

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund due to seller error, please contact us via Shop Chat within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the request. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

4. Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

5. Non-Eligible Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer-provided errors (typos, incorrect details submitted)
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as production may begin immediately after that window.
